Job Description:
· Process customer instructions by handling Outbound & Inbound calls defined by clients.
· Provide outstanding customer service.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
· Handle L2 escalation calls
· Document all customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiries accurately.
· Ensure Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the business requirement.
· Handle more complex transactions or calls;
· Train new joined Executives in team & ensure knowledge transfer;
