Job Brief:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
1. Write JDs, post jobs.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms
like LinkedIn)
3. Source, screen, interview candidates.
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
5. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
8. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
9. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
10. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
HR Operations:
1. Update records, attendance, payroll.
2. Handle grievances, resolve issues.
3. Implement HR policies smoothly
4. Plan engagement programs
5. Organize training & workshops
6. Address concerns, boost morale.
Qualifications requirements and skills:
1. Graduate or Post graduate
2. 2+ years HR recruitment experience.
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
4. Solid verbal and written communication skills
5. Experience with sourcing techniques
