Work closely with senior HRBP and BU leaders in the UK and Europe to implement people strategies that support business outcomes. • Serve as a key HR contact for assigned BU teams, offering operational and strategic HR support in coordination with the broader HR team. • Partner with business teams to drive talent initiatives, support change management across geographies. • Support employee engagement, and culture-building programs by collaborating with HR and business stakeholders. • Assist in the execution of core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, compensation cycles, and compliance initiatives. • Ensure HR tools, frameworks, and practices are aligned with both local (India-based) delivery and regional (UK/Europe) expectations. • Provide consistent support to cross-regional teams while managing time zones, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements effectively."
