Placement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute campus recruitment drives and placement-related activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners.
• Maintain and update the placement database regularly.
• Arrange industry interactions such as guest lectures, webinars, and career fairs.
• Gather feedback from employers and students to improve placement services.
• Assist in preparing placement reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor job trends and suggest strategies to align training programs accordingly.
