• Handled PF & ESI compliance and portal coordination.
• Coordinated with Finance/Accounts team for salary disbursement.
• Processed Full & Final settlement (FNF) for exiting employees.
• Resolved employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF & ESI.
• Maintained accurate payroll records for audit and reporting purposes
