Customer Support Representative

Collection Executive, your responsibilities include contacting customers to collect

overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of

interactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to handle

difficult situations are crucial. Additionally, you'll need to adhere to relevant regulations and

work towards achieving collection targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
