Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in queries professionally.
• Respond to customer questions regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, appointments, billing, and other dealership services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, vehicle status, delivery, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Register and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the appropriate senior/team member.
• Conduct customer follow-ups after vehicle servicing to obtain feedback.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
