Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and online platforms
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Conduct virtual product/service presentations and follow-ups
Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer data
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
Build long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Prepare sales reports and performance updates regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
