*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter with a background in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and fulfilling client requirements for domestic and international projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas and EPC projects
* Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), databases, and references
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
* Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with clients for technical rounds
* Manage bulk hiring and overseas (Gulf) recruitment requirements
* Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
* Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer rollouts
* Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
* Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports
* Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients

*Required Skills:*
* Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC recruitment
* Strong understanding of technical roles (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
