Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in BPO hiring and bulk recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment and managing high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Handle bulk / volume hiring for BPO roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Collaborate with internal teams for hiring needs

Lead and manage a team of recruiters (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: PUC / Graduate

1–3 years of experience in BPO / bulk hiring

Experience in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing platforms

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Strong sourcing and networking abilities

Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure

Team handling / leadership experience

Good coordination and organizational skills
