Contractual Authority: Authorized to receive and execute all directions from the Engineer on contractual and technical matters, with strong expertise in FIDIC clauses. Delivery Management: Oversees the planning, design, procurement, and commissioning of all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrification, Firefighting) within a 760-day timeline. Team Leadership: Leads and manages a multidisciplinary team specializing in Electrical, BMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and Firefighting disciplines. Compliance & Safety: Guarantees that all works meet ISO 9001 quality standards and rigorous OHS&E (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental) programs. Digital Integration: Drives the use of the PMIS and BIM frameworks to monitor project milestones and maintain real-time progress reporting



. Educational Background Primary Degree: A B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required. 2. Professional Experience Total Career Span: A minimum of 20 years of total professional work experience. Specific Role Seniority: At least 10 years of experience must be in a "similar position" (Project Manager or equivalent leadership role). Project Nature: Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically those involving extensive Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) systems. Sector Expertise: Experience in Metro Rail or similar high-value infrastructure projects is highly preferred. 3. Key Competencies Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in HVAC, firefighting, electrification, and system-wide MEP coordination. Communication: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English to act as the primary liaison with the CMRL Engineer. Leadership: Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage complex interfaces with civil contractors.
