Engineering Leadership: Leads and manages the complete engineering scope covering civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, architectural, and BIM disciplines, ensuring alignment with project objectives, specifications, and timelines. End-to-End Engineering Delivery: Oversees engineering activities from soil investigation, geotechnical studies, and topographical surveys through concept design, detailed engineering, IFC drawings, construction-stage engineering support, and final as-built BIM deliverables. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Extracts deliverables, commitments, and accountability from all discipline teams and ensures seamless coordination, interface management, and resolution of design and constructability issues. BIM & Digital Engineering Management: Drives BIM implementation across all disciplines, ensuring model coordination, clash detection, quantity extraction, and accurate as-built BIM models aligned with site conditions and project requirements. Project Controls & Performance Monitoring: Plans and monitors engineering progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques, including Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), and performance indices (SPI / CPI). Manhour Estimation & Resource Planning: Responsible for engineering manhour estimation, productivity analysis, and resource loading to support estimation, tendering, planning, and cost control activities. Client & Stakeholder Interface: Acts as the primary engineering interface with Clients, PMC teams, consultants, and stakeholders, leading coordination meetings, technical reviews, and progress discussions. Construction Support: Provides engineering support during construction, reviews RFIs, technical queries, and design changes, and ensures timely incorporation of revisions into drawings and BIM models.
