Billing Executive – Job Description

A Billing Executive is responsible for managing the company’s billing and invoicing process accurately and efficiently. This role is usually part of the Finance and Accounts department and plays an important role in maintaining financial records and ensuring smooth cash flow within the organization.

The main responsibility of a Billing Executive is to prepare and generate invoices based on sales orders, service reports, or client agreements. They verify billing data, check pricing details, and ensure that all invoices are accurate before sending them to customers.
