Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
The Accounts Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on GST compliance, IRN, and e-invoicing through the GST portal. The role requires hands-on experience with statutory compliances, accounting software, and coordination for regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IRN generation and E-Invoicing through the GST portal
• Manage GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
• Maintain accounts using TallyPrime
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
• Manage ESI and PF compliance and related documentation
• Support ROC compliances and statutory filings
• Maintain records related to Mutual Funds and investments
• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries, ledgers, and reports
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts and statutory compliance
• Strong hands-on experience with IRN & E-Invoicing on GST Portal
• Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, ROC, and Mutual Funds
• High attention to detail and compliance accuracy
