Sales Executive

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Processing loan applications and documentation within specific period for bank.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Explaining loan features and benefit.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Key roles:

• Experience Bank  sales will be an added advantage and is most preferable
• Excellent Language Proficiency: English , Kannada & hindi(If known other languages would be an added advantage)
• Should have a proven track record in sales and achieved consistent sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Should be humble and possess Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Should be ambitious and self-Motivated in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations
• Should be Responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with builders and clients
