  • Software / Firmware Development: Design, code, test, and deploy software or firmware modules for Honeywell’s industrial automation and connected device product lines.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve software defects, hardware interface issues, and system integration problems using structured root-cause analysis.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering support for internal teams and occasionally assist with customer-facing technical queries related to Honeywell products.
  • Logic Building: Develop algorithmic solutions and control logic that power automation features in Honeywell’s industrial and building management systems.
  • System Testing: Execute unit, integration, and system-level testing to validate software or firmware functionality against specifications and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, design specs, and test reports in line with Honeywell’s engineering standards and compliance requirements.

  • Technical Skills (Software): Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C++, Python, Java), understanding of data structures, and basic knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills (Embedded): Knowledge of C/C++ for embedded systems, understanding of microcontrollers, RTOS concepts, and hardware-software interfaces.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills for working in a globally connected engineering team.
