Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and documenting business requirements, working with workflows, charts, and project documentation. Additionally, knowledge of SaaS implementation processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential for success in this

role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and workflows.

2. Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

3. Create charts and visual representations of data to aid in decision-making and communication.

4. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories accurately and comprehensively.

5. Generate reports and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders, helping them make informed business decisions.

6. Collaborate with project management software tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet to manage tasks and track progress.

7. Support SaaS implementation processes, mapping requirements, and facilitating software implementation.

8. Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

9. Create and maintain project documentations like BRD, FSD, HLD/LLD and ensure it remains up to date throughout the project
