  • Operations (Front office)
  • 1.    Appraisal - Assess Credit worthiness and the ability of the customer to repay back the loan in future. 
  • 2.    Interaction & Loan Counselling -Meeting & interacting with customers.
  • 3.    Documentation -Collecting & Checking the Documents.
  • 4.    Loan Processing/ Disbursement Process.
  • 5.    Cross-Selling -Cross-Selling of Group company products.
  • 6.    Relationship Management -With customer with the channel partners.

Qualifications

Fresh/experienced Graduates/Post Graduates or MBA  having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
