Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate with candidates and clients, maintain HR records, and support daily HR operations. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. ?

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct HR telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain HR database and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Support day-to-day HR operations.
• Eligibility
• Graduate/Post Graduate (Any Stream).
• MBA (HR) preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
• Smartphone/Laptop with a stable internet connection.
