Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR database and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
• Eligibility
• Graduate or Post Graduate (Any Stream)
• MBA (HR) Preferred
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
• Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet connection.
