We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
Prepare and format documents using MS Word and Excel.
Handle correspondence and communication within the office.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Female, aged 22 to 25.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
