Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.

Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensuring processes are followed to minimalize losses at Service center.

Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.

Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.

Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO percentage.

Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies.
