Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Should have an eye for detail in aesthetic design & layout and a good sense of colours.
Study design briefs and determine designing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.
Work with copywriters and Art director to produce final design.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Ability to visualise, communicate and execute the concept.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
Should understand how brand campaigns work in both print and electronic media.

How much salary can I expect?
