Public Relations Executive

We are currently seeking a Senior PR Executive.

Job Description: Sr. PR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Media Relations & Engagement

·Create and strengthen media relations with the target media universe across sectors

·Engage in effective and impressive conversations with media, resulting in positive media outcome

·Ability to gauge and effectively pitch creative stories and campaigns to media

·Strategizing and Planning Communication Plans for Clients

·Affinity to reading and research-oriented media tracking

·Offering timely insights and sharing observations with seniors from time to time

·Meeting key 4-5 media through one-on-one meetings, at least once a week

Documentation:

·Effective co-ordination and tracking of coverage daily

·Maintaining a daily and weekly media coverage report for clients

·Maintaining updated media lists for relevant sectors

·Creating accurate status updates, media round reports, and other internal documents

·Drafting press releases, pitch notes, and any other content required for media consumption

Strategy:

·Assist senior team members during NBD pitch presentations

·Assist with creative ideas and effective media engagement solutions for PR campaigns

·Assist in day-to-day operations of the office

·Co-ordination with client representatives and company vendors ahead of the event or as and when required

·Any other responsibilities as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

·At least five to seven years of PR (Public Relations) experience with an agency background. Experience in Tech, Ed-Tech, Healthcare, and Corporate is preferred

·Good Media Relation

· Ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines

· Prior experience and/ or willingness to work in an ambitious environment will be beneficial

· Enthusiastic, professional, creative with fresh ideas, and self-driven individual who is also a good team player

Other Details:

·Working days/ timings - Mon-Friday (10:00-7:00) & Alternate Saturdays

·Work from the Office. The office is in Goregaon East. Near Railway Station.

·Experience required – 3-4 years

·Salary Bracket - As per industry standard

·Immediate Joining preferred
