Sales & Marketing Executive

- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site booking for product
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the villa through direct sales

- Meet and exceed sales targets (Closing deals)

- Negotiate  rates/packages with corporate clients

- Successfully create business from new and existing guests

- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business and to

- increase market/customer share in all revenue streams

-Attend Sales events, as required

- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
