- *Onboarding Process Management:* - Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, from initial contact to fully operational status on the platform. - Provide comprehensive training on platform usage, listing products, pricing strategies, and sales optimization.
- *Documentation and Compliance:* - Ensure all necessary documentation and seller agreements are completed and compliant with company policies. - Verify seller credentials and maintain accurate records of seller information.
- *Support and Troubleshooting:* - Act as the primary point of contact for new sellers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Troubleshoot any issues sellers encounter during the onboarding process and liaise with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- *Platform Education:* - Educate sellers on best practices for product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Provide ongoing support and resources to help sellers optimize their performance on the platform.
- *Performance Monitoring:* - Monitor the performance of newly onboarded sellers to ensure they are meeting platform standards. - Provide feedback and additional training as needed to help sellers improve their sales and customer satisfaction.
- *Collaboration:* - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for sellers. - Communicate seller feedback to relevant departments to help improve platform features and services.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, or customer service is highly preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CRM software. - Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and practices.

- Experience with seller onboarding or account management in an e-commerce environment. - Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay). - Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
