Key Responsibilities:-
Interact with investors to provide accurate and timely resolutions to their queries.
Ensure every response is complete and professional, maintaining high service standards.
Meet 100% turnaround targets for query and request resolution.
Coordinate internally with relevant departments to process investor-related requests such as Demand Draft (DD) applications.
Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.
Required Skills:-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email handling).
Excellent interpersonal and service orientation skills.
Preferred Skills:-
Prior internship or exposure to the financial services or customer relationship domain.
Understanding of investor servicing or client management processes.
