Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Executive to grow our insurance business by leveraging our existing client base and partner network. The role involves identifying insurance needs, pitching suitable products, coordinating with partners, and closing business while ensuring high-quality client service.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Generate insurance business from existing clients, channel partners, and reference base
Cross-sell and upsell Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance products
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for policy issuance
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business
Follow up on leads, proposals, renewals, and pending documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations and company processes
Support renewal business and policy servicing when required
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Freshers
Knowledge of Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on targets and close deals
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and relationship building
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management systems
IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
