Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and support sales/operations by ensuring smooth communication with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks.
• Convert leads into sales or appointments (as per business requirement).
• Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during calls.
