Responsibilities :
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
6. Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
7. Provide general administrative support to the office team as required.
Requirements :
1. Any Graduate; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
