    Job Description: Tele callers for Health Care Industry

Position: Tele caller
Openings: 6 (1 male, 5 female)

Shift Timings:

6:30 am – 3:00 pm

2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

10.30 pm – 7:00 am (Male Caller)

Location:

Kandivali (Please note the location for the position).

Immediate Joining:

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Background and Expertise:

Health care or Hospital background preferred.

Proficiency in hospital OPD operations, appointment booking, and health check-up package details, and hospital terminology.

Total work experience of 2-3 years in a relevant field.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask efficiently.

Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.

Maintains a calm and composed demeanour, especially in high-pressure situations.

Education:

Graduation or equivalent.

This role involves engaging with individuals inquiring about health care services, managing appointments, providing information on health check-up packages, and using healthcare-specific terminology effectively. The male candidate will operate during night shifts.

The ideal candidates should possess the necessary background knowledge, skills, and experience to effectively communicate and assist individuals in a health care setting.
