Job description

We are looking for Civil Engineer - Billing & Planning for Mumbai location who are looking to make their career in INFRASTRUCTURE.

Role & Responsibilities include:

• Handling quantities / BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Handling Contractual Issues, Rate Analysis, Billing, Variation and Claims, Budget Control, Physical Checks, Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications.
• Performing site condition variation by estimating the actual quantity required on basis of survey reports, BOQ
• Identify any possible BOQ variations
• Perform client billing by estimating the quantity & variations for BOQ items executed
• Finalise the value of work done to make payment and make necessary deductions
• Add any possible escalations to the final value to arrive at the total value for the work done
• Ability to plan the activities at Project Site and push execution team for adherence
• Ready to visit site and client place as and when required.
• Candidate should able to draw in autocad

• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and delegation ability.
• Well versed with Autocad, Primavera, MS Project, MS Office
• 1st Class in academic needed
• Multi-tasking skills
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent Time Management to finish the work scheduled on Time
• Experience in Tunnels, Highways, Roads, Reinforced Earth walls or Tech-Span or and Precast infrastructure projects is a big advantage
• Candidates should be willing to travel to Project Locations
