We Prabhu Envirotec  Pvt Ltd, we are into water & waste water treatment services of STP, WTP, where we have requirement of Site Supervisor in our company.

1. 1. Supervision: Leading and managing plant operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
      2. Maintenance Management:Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
      Compliance:Ensuring the plant operates within environmental regulations and safety guidelines, monitoring water quality, and maintaining accurate records
      Reporting:Preparing reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulations.
      Safety:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures
      
      Required Skills and Knowledge:
      Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and related technologies.
      Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
      Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
      Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and regulatory agencies.
      Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
      Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to wastewater treatment plants.
      Experience : 3 to 5 years
      Salary: 18000 to 22000
