Position – Barista  

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP 

• Following the defined steps of guest service 

• Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store 

• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store 

• Managing product hygiene and expiry 

• Managing store visual merchandising 

• Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine 

• Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working 

• Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process 

• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records 

• Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations 

• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile 

• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage. 

• Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work well under pressure 

• Flexible and works well with a team 

• Ability to multitask 

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
