Accounts

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Track and manage outstanding payables
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate invoices and ensure timely collections
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments
• Follow up with clients for outstanding dues
• Reconcile receivables and maintain accurate records
• Prepare aging reports and highlight risks

General Accounting:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial accuracy
