As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Om Careers, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for specific positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in negotiating employment offers and managing the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements.
