Job Description

• Leading the Management.
• Building up a team of Insurance Consultant / POSP.
• Leading the Training & Meetings to achive the Business development strategies
• Daily monitoring & following process for driving team through your IC / POSP.
• Daily reporting of Achievements.
• Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
• Note: Selected candidate have to pay Rs.
• 585/- for the IRDA Registration fees.
