Job Role:- Associate Business Development officer (Recruit >Activate >Develop).

Qualification:- Preferably Graduate to any Higher Education. Based on the interview H.S candidates can also be hired. 

During training period company will pay you TDI >Stipend amount -according to your performance base. The training (Theory and Practical) will be approximately three months.

Currently training will be provided via tranning classes in the office only.

After completion of the training period your remuneration will be Negotiable.

Job description: -

Leading the Management.

Building up a team of Insurance Consultant / POSP.

Leading the Training & Meetings to achive the Business development strategies

Daily monitoring & following process for driving team through your IC / POSP.

Daily reporting of Achievements.

Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP.

Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

Note: Selected candidate have to pay Rs.585/- for the IRDA Registration fees.
