Welcome customers or visitors to the office
Provide information about services or products
Guide customers to the correct department
2️⃣ Reception Work
Manage the reception desk
Answer phone calls and emails
Handle visitor entry and appointment scheduling
3️⃣ Documentation & Support
Collect customer documents (ID proof, forms, applications)
Maintain visitor register and customer records
Assist customers in filling forms
4️⃣ Coordination
Coordinate with sales, back office, or management team
Inform staff about customer appointments
Follow up with customers if needed
5️⃣ Office Administration
Maintain office files and records
Manage courier, letters, and internal communication
Prepare simple reports if required
