Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Generate and qualify leads
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
🔹 Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline)
Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials
Manage brand positioning and messaging
Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
🔹 Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Optimize website content for SEO
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Monitor website traffic using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Generate performance reports and suggest improvements
Develop engaging content (blogs, posts, videos, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in sales and digital marketing (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
