We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the staffing and skill development sectors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to recruitment.
3. Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
4. Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates for future job openings.
5. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
