Computer Operator

handling online services, document work, and helping customers with their daily needs like forms, printouts, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle MP Online services (form filling, सरकारी services, exam forms, etc.)
• Do typing work in Hindi & English (letters, applications, resumes)
• Manage printing, scanning, photocopy (Xerox) tasks
• Assist customers politely and solve their queries
• Work on basic computer software (MS Word, PDF, internet browsing)
• Check documents carefully before submission (avoid errors )
• Maintain files and records properly

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Internet)
• Hindi & English typing (basic to good speed)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail (very important in forms)
• Friendly behavior with customers
