Key Responsibilities

• : 
• Display and layout: 
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, including setting up promotional displays and creating store layout plans (planograms) to maximize product visibility and sales. 
• Inventory management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting demand, restocking shelves, and coordinating with logistics and buyers to ensure products are available when needed. 
• Sales and data analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast demand, identify bestsellers, and adjust strategies accordingly. 
• Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, as well as external partners like suppliers and store managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotions. 
• Price and promotion: Assist in managing pricing, monitor competitor activity, and help develop and execute in-store promotions. 
• Store support: Conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met, assist retail staff with product knowledge and display techniques, and address customer requests.
