*Key responsibilities* : 
*Display and layout: 
*Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, including setting up promotional displays and creating store layout plans (planograms) to maximize product visibility and sales. 
*Inventory management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting demand, restocking shelves, and coordinating with logistics and buyers to ensure products are available when needed. 
Sales and data analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast demand, identify bestsellers, and adjust strategies accordingly. 
*Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, as well as external partners like suppliers and store managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotions. 
*Price and promotion: Assist in managing pricing, monitor competitor activity, and help develop and execute in-store promotions. 
*Store support: Conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met, assist retail staff with product knowledge and display techniques, and address customer requests. 
Required skills and qualifications
*Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
*Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with different teams and store staff. 
*Commercial awareness: A good understanding of the retail market and consumer behavior. 
*Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions. 
*Technical proficiency: Experience with database and spreadsheet software is often required.
