Senior Network Marketing Lead / Head – MLM Operations

Experience Required

10 to 15 years in Network Marketing / Direct Selling
Strong experience in:
Team building & leadership
Binary / unilevel / hybrid compensation plans
Field expansion & distributor activation
Training systems & motivation programs
Proven track record of building large, stable teams
Prior experience in nutraceutical / wellness / MLM preferred

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the national MLM network
Design & execute growth strategies
Train top leaders, wellness partners & franchise heads
Ensure compliance with Indian Direct Selling Rules
Drive volume growth through ethical, product-focused selling
Act as a brand ambassador for IIN Fit Life Care
