About the Role:
We are looking for Marketing and Sales Specialist for our IT services business. In this high impact role, you’ll find yourself working directly with Marketing Operations Head, Content Writers & Designers, Technical Team Leads and Digital Marketing Vendors to drive Social Media & Email Marketing Campaigns at Bigworks. You will be responsible to Manage and closure of generated leads from all Marketing Programs, Client Reviews, Ratings and Case-Study, Resolve Client queries/ issues and Create Marketing Programs to drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Directly interact with Marketing Operations Head, Content Writers & Designers.
Giving Demos and Closures of Leads generated from all marketing channels.
Ensure timely and accurate response to all leads and Clients. Closely monitor progress on Marketing Qualified Leads allocated.
Create and execute Social Media Marketing Campaigns & Email Marketing Campaigns.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting of Key Metrics for Social Media and E- mail Marketing.
Collaborate with HR, Technical teams to drive Employer Branding campaigns & Internal communication.
Create and execute Lead Generation programs and maximize ROI.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing / mass communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience in BtoB Sales and Marketing.
Experience of working IT Sales & Marketing will be preferred but not mandatory.
Expertise in LinkedIn & Google Marketing for Lead Generation.
Ability to multitask & work in a team.
Strong communication skills & Project management skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure timely, high quality, accurate results.
Highly driven, self-motivated & result oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
