If you are a Tech Sales Professional with 3 + years experience, and a people person, love building relationships, passionate about helping others with innovative solutions and are ambitious about growth, then wait no more.

WHAT DO YOU DO:

  • Prospect, Set up appointments, Develop and deliver presentations to close new client opportunities

  • Identify/Research/Survey Industry’s Talent Challenges and carve scalable solutions

  • Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing, Employer Branding, Performance Management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies. 

  • Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.

  • Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.

Requirements

YOU:

  • Are excited to work from our Hyderabad Office

  • Have 3+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.

  • Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.

  • Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism

  • Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.

  • Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools
