WHAT DO YOU DO:
Prospect, Set up appointments, Develop and deliver presentations to close new client opportunities
Identify/Research/Survey Industry’s Talent Challenges and carve scalable solutions
Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing, Employer Branding, Performance Management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.
Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
Requirements
YOU:
Are excited to work from our Hyderabad Office
Have 3+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.
Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.
Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools
