Job Description for Office Administration Executive :


Roles and responsibilities

 Active participation in all office administration activities.
 Responsible for maintaining all admin records.
 Coordinating with the internal office activities like supervising, housekeeping
operations and stationary for the office needs.
 Should maintain the records of students and trainers
 Coordinate with the students and trainers for the arrangement of classes
 Should be active and attentive all the time and should have a look on classrooms
randomly for the classroom's cleanliness.
 Should take care of day to day expenses of the office activities and maintaining
the record of student fees details.
 Assisting the students with the admission procedure.
 Should be responsible for handling the One  branch of Naresh IT.
