- MBA in Marketing with specialization in marketing from reputed institute.
- Experience in S/ W products / IT enabled solutions with at least 0-1 years of software solutions marketing experience would makes you good fit.
Skill Set Required:
- Strong track record of marketing high value based software solutions.
- Should have handled software marketing in a software product and services company
- Understands customer behaviour and plan ahead to convince customer with proper details.
- Manages relationship with sales team, system integrators and partners to ensure a maximum reach in the market.
- Should be able to articulate marketing literature and customer communication
- Should independently run various marketing plans through emails, posts and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Enhance company's image and reputation through effective communication
- Add value to company's website and enhance its SEO rating
