Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic PR, Marketing & Sales Executive to promote cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, build strong brand presence, and generate patient leads. The candidate will manage public relations, digital marketing, and sales activities to increase clinic appointments and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Public Relations (PR)

• Build and maintain a positive brand image for the clinic.

• Coordinate media coverage, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

• Handle patient testimonials, reviews, and online reputation management.

• Organize events, beauty camps, and promotional activities.

2️⃣ Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for treatments such as laser treatments, chemical peels, Botox, PRP therapy, hair treatments, and cosmetic surgeries offered by the clinic.

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google).

• Create promotional content, posters, and advertisements.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

• Develop partnerships with salons, gyms, and wellness centers.

3️⃣ Sales & Lead Generation

• Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, and promotions.

• Explain treatments and packages to potential clients.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.

• Maintain follow-ups with clients for repeat visits and packages.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in cosmetic clinic / beauty / healthcare marketing preferred.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.

• Ability to handle customer queries and build relationships.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, social media management).
