Job Responsibilities:
Outdoor Promotions & Exhibitions:
- Plan and organize outdoor exhibitions in airports, gated communities, and other high-footfall areas to increase brand reach.
- Coordinate with event organizers and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Corporate & Hospitality Promotions:
- Identify and visit companies, hotels, and resorts to set up promotional activities and counters during events or special occasions.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Develop and manage online ad campaigns via the company website and social media platforms (Google & Meta Ads).
- Optimize media and social media usage to increase website traffic and brand awareness.
Campaign & Product Strategy:
- Work closely with designers and store managers to understand fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Plan marketing campaigns accordingly to maximize product visibility and sales.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and online presence.
CRM & Performance Analytics:
- Utilize CRM software for customer data management and campaign effectiveness tracking.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Digital Marketing (Retail/Jewelry sector preferred).
- Technical Skills: SEO, SEM, CRM software, Google & Meta Ads, Ad Campaign Management.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive promotional activities and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong skills to collaborate with designers, store managers, and event partners.
