Office Operations & Project Coordination Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized female professional to manage site tracking, staff reporting, client coordination, payment tracking, and basic sales handling. This is a core operations role, not a receptionist role.
Key Responsibilities
Track daily site progress with photos and updates
Maintain project timelines and contractor deadlines
Track staff attendance and site arrivals
Maintain site-wise payment ledgers
Track client and contractor payments and follow-ups
Coordinate with clients for updates, meetings, and payments
Handle initial client inquiries and collect basic project details
Coordinate between site teams, contractors, and management
Maintain project documents and records
Prepare daily and weekly reports
Skills Required
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Construction or real estate experience preferred
Salary
